Work with Matthew in a 75 minute LIVE Zoom session to review your floor plans and identify the design problems. The goal is to correct any mistakes before construction begins.

You will need to provide the following 24 hours in advance of the session.

1. Professionally drawn floor plans to scale as PDF files. Hand sketches or photos of plans are not acceptable.
2. Photographs of the existing property if it is a renovation OR inspiration photos if it is a new build.
3. A brief written description of what you like and do not like about the current floor plans.
